DOT Desk: India yesterday conveyed congratulatory message to Bangladesh’s newly appointed Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen, reports The Daily Star. Dr Adarsh Swaika, acting high commissioner of India to Bangladesh, paid a courtesy visit to foreign ministry today and conveyed the message. He handed him a congratulatory message from Sushma Swaraj, India’s external affairs minister, a week into his appointment.
