DOT Desk: Agricultural Marketing Company Limited — AMCL (PRAN) — has approved 32 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year that concluded on June 30, 2017-18. The approval came at the 33th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at Fuzi Trade Centre in the capital’s Badda area on Thursday, said a press release, reports The Daily Observer.
The company’s Managing Director Eleash Mridha, directors Sabiha Amjad and Uzma Chowdhury, Independent Director MA Mannan, Uzma Chowdhury, Chief Financial Officer Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Marketing) Chowdhury Kamruzzamna, Company Secretary Muhammad Aminur Rahman and shareholders attended the AGM.
Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
The AGM concluded by seeking continued support of the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
