Anti-liberation forces trample on human rights

Md Mumtaz Uddin Ahmed speaks to DOT :
The anti-liberation forces trample on the human rights at the slightest opportunity. They also carry out attack across the country and resort to violence. They are satisfied only when the verdict is delivered in their favour. Sometimes they even threaten people with dire consequences. “I will see you” can never be the language of a civilised person.
As many as 16 Justices earned the wrath of the anti-liberation forces in 2001. They do not accept the verdict. How could they say that they will break the locks of the prisons? They established a reign of terror after coming to state power in 2001. The minority communities came under attack. Therefore, the anti-liberation forces cannot be voted to power. They are out to destroy the spirit of the Liberation War. They burned people alive after hurling Molotov cocktails in 2014. The Election Commission should take action to curb violence centring on the polls.
