Having made his directorial debut with the film ‘Ebadot’ in 2009, Ekushey Padak recipient and five-time National Film Award-winning veteran actor, screenplay writer and director, ATM Shamsuzzaman is all set to direct his second movie ‘Ekhon Bola Jay’. With the story, dialogue and script written by Shamsuzzaman himself, the shooting of the movie will start next year.
Speaking about the film, Shamsuzzaman said, “I have been planning ‘Ekhon Bola Jay’ for a long time.
I have written the story and script of the movie, just as I had done in my previous project. ‘Ekhon Bola Jay’ will tell the story of life.”
“Many unsaid words of our lives will be spoken through the film. At this stage of life I am in right now, I can say it will explain various things of life. This is going to be my dream film,” he explained.
Even though he did not disclose the name of the producer and the cast of the film, he hinted that the cast might include actors from abroad.
He said, “Artistes for the project can be anyone from any country. If they have the potential, they can perform well in any project and in any country. All I can say is that the cast of the film will be a surprise.”
Currently, Shamsuzzaman is acting regularly in the drama serial ‘Noashal’ on RTV and ‘Chapabaj’ on Banglavision.
