Two people were killed and three others injured as a lorry rammed a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Garadoho on the Bogra-Nagarbari highway in Shahajadpur upazila on Tuesday noon.
The deceased were identified as freedom fighter Chan Miah, 70, a resident of Rambari and Abdul Mannan, 65.
Officer-in-charge of Hatikumrul highway police station Abdul Quader Zilani said the CNG-run auto-rickshaw was going to Ullahpara from Shahajadpur at noon.
