Get Great Abs With These Moves

    We are always looking for the perfect way to sculpt our body. Here are five moves to get you started and on the road to getting those great abs.
    *The Jack-Knife: Lie face up with your body stretched out flat. Take slow breathes, squeeze in your abs; now raise your right arm and left leg and try to touch your left foot with your right hand. Hold this position for 15 seconds before switching to the next side.
    *The Hanging Leg Raise: You will need a sturdy bar for this exercise. Grip the bar tightly as though you want to bend it, flex your muscles like your laps and abs.
    Stay completely still and then raise your legs straight up towards the bar. Hold until you feel the burn, and then lower your feet and repeat.
    *The Swiss Ball Plank: Place your feet on the ground with your elbows on a Swiss Ball; find your balance and then raise your hips off the ground into a straight line. Squeeze your abs and glutes and keep your body in a straight line. Hold this position from 15-20 seconds and then release. Keep doing these exercises with a few free hand exercises to bring variety to your routine. You’re bound to see a few results in weeks.
