The Lancet gave a new study about the meals and the system of the western world of their diets that is nowadays influencing our different generations vicariously. The food habits are all based on the calorie and also high cholesterols and saturated fatty elements. These are causing the people around the world to get obsessed day by day.
Study says that 18% of men and 21% of women will be obese by 2025.The worst case scenario can even exceed the number that is given through predictions. In four decades, global obesity has more than tripled among men and doubled among women, the study says. This may lead our young generations to attain premature death. Papers of different BMI or body mass Index says that the comparison of body mass index or BMI trends from 1975 to 2014 in 200 countries. Odds are pretty high that a country can be more obese people than underweight ones. More men were obese than underweight in 136 countries, and more women were obese than underweight in 165 of them.
Majid Ezzati, Imperial College London professor and the study’s senior author says in this regard, “We have transitioned from a world in which underweight prevalence was more than double that of obesity to one in which more people are obese than underweight.”
So it can be said wisely that obesity is a nuisance and this must be taken into account. The house of the regality must keep in mind that the government must impose fatty food taxation at a higher rate so that people stops tending towards those kinds of foods even if the revolution is a failure at a primary level.
