    Man gets life for killing girl in Rajshahi

    A tribunal here on Thursday convicted a man and sentenced him to life term imprisonment after killing a teenage girl in 2006.
    Rajshahi Speedy Trial Tribunal Judge Golam Ahmed Khalilur Rahman sentenced Ariful Islam of Ranisangkail upazila of Thakurgaon district to life term imprisonment and fined him Tk 50,000, in default, to suffer one year more rigorous imprisonment.
