Kabir Humayun: Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) yesterday published the circular for 40th BCS to fulfill 1,903 vacant posts in the government service.

PSC Chairman Dr Muhammed Sadique said a total of 1,903 cadres will be recruited through the 40th BCS.
The decision of the government on quota system will be followed in the recruitment of cadres, he added.
In total, 200 cadres will be recruited in administration, 72 in police, 25 in foreign affairs, 24 for taxes, 32 in customs and excise and 800 in education through the 40th BCS.
However, the number of posts may increase.
