3 Rohingya youths with throat-slit rescued

    Kabir Humayun: Three Rohingya youths with their throat-slit were rescued from a hill in Teknaf of Cox’s Bazar yesterday.
    The critically injured were identified as Noor Alam, 45, from E Block of Balukhali camp, M Khaleque, 22, from D Block, and M Anwar,33, from E Block, of Kutupalang camp.
    The youths were still alive and sent to a Cox’s Bazar hospital for treatment, Teknaf police OC Ranjit Kumar Barua told media at about 10:30am, Reports Daily Observer.
    Hoaikyang police outpost SI Dipankar Karmakar said police with the help of local people rescued three young men from Pariapara hill of Chamarkul at about 10am.
    The youths might have been kept in the hill after abduction, police suspected.
