On Tuesday Dhaka-4 special judge Aminul Haque fixed the next testimony date of Samiul murder case on 6 April.
The witness was not present in the court on Tuesday.
A total of 20 prosecution witnesses gave testimonies before the court in the case.
Samiul was brutally killed by her mother Ayesha Humaira Esha with the help of her lover Arif on June 23, 2010 in her house as the boy saw his mother’s illicit relationship with Arif.
Azam, father of ill-fated Samiul and husband of Esha, lodged a case with Adabar police station, Dhaka; describing the probable causes of his son’s murder.
Police submitted the charge sheet to the court on October 11, accusing Esha and Arif of the brutal murder of Samiul.
