Tanvir Alam Khan: Desh media awarded 8 individuals for their contribution in various fields on 3 August, Friday in their 5th anniversary ceremony. The ceremony was held at a restaurant in the capital Dhaka. Honorable Prime Minister’s media adviser Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury was the chief guest of the event.
The individuals awarded were , Daily Amader Orthoneeti editor in charge Nasima Khan Monty for journalism, Rupganj Press Club president Abdul Alim for Journalism, Dr Uttam Kumar and Dr. Jalal Ahmed for Health Services, Ali Asgar, Airin Khan, Moktar Hossain, Reema Sheikh for Social work.
Desh media editor Rashidul Hasan Bulbul conducted the ceremony, Editor in Charge of daily Amader Orthoneeti Nasima Khan Monty was the special guest of the anniversary ceremony. Amjad Hossain Milon MP, Managing Editor of daily Amader Notun Shomoy Shariful Islam Khan was also present as special guests.
