Two siblings, Samia, 5, and Hanif, 4, have been forced to go begging at Arizkha village in Beanibazar upazila as their parents have left them over family feud. Nearly a month back, the father, Oliur Rahman, 35, disappeared leaving the family in the lurch and later the mother, Rina Begum, 27, went away as well a week back. Upazila social service officer Bashirul Islam picked up the siblings while they were begging on a road.
