BSS: Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) has started constructing speed breakers on the busy streets in front of the educational institutions in the city aiming at freeing those from road traffic accidents. “We will construct 26 speed breakers at 13 critical points in the metropolis and we have already started the works,” said Ashraful Haque, chief engineer of RCC.
