Driver’s knowledge and our liability

Khushi Kabir: Most drivers have lack of knowledge about driving, especially those who drive bus. They do not have any road ethics lesson. No one follows the traffic rules. The people whose duty is to engage in traffic rules are busy in taking bribe. The rules are not mean to anyone. There will be no such inhuman incident on the road if everyone followed the rules. The law  enforcers do not perform the duties correctly.There are many unfit vehicles getting clearance from BRTA to run on the road.This is a matter like authorities are giving those drivers the ‘license of killing people’.If authority doesn’t grow conscience of applying the law strictly, the road chaos will remain the same.
