BSS: A ten-day National Pitha Festival 2019 began on the premises of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy here with a view to popularize different traditional pithas (cakes).
Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud inaugurated the festival while Academy’s Director General Liakat Ali Lucky presided over the ceremony.Shilpakala Academy and Utsab Udjapan Parishad organised the festival which will continue till February 2.
