At least six shops have been burnt in a fire and asset worth around Tk 12 lakhs was damaged at the Kaliganj Bazar in Bagmara upazila of Rajshahi on Wednesday. Fire service personnel brought the fire under control after one and a half hours. The fire broke out from an electric short circuit in a local grocery store of Nazmul Huq, and it spread out within a short period in Kaliganj Bazar of Jhikra union of the upazila. BSS
