4 bullet-hit bodies recovered from N’ganj, Magura

    Kabir Humayun: Police yesterday recovered four unidentified bullet-hit bodies in Narayanganj and Magura.
    Of those, three were recovered in Narayanganj and one in Magura, reports UNB.
    In Narayanganj, locals noticed unidentified bullet-hit bodies of three men aged between 30 to 35 years in Rupganj upazila at around 8:00am, said Moniruzzaman, officer-in-charge (OC) of Rupganj Police Station.
    On information, police recovered the bodies from under the bridge number 11 of Purbachal area in the upazila, said the OC.
    The bodies have been sent to Naryanganj General Hospital morgue for autopsy.
    “We are investigating the murders,” he added.
    In Magura, being informed by locals, police recovered a bullet-hit body of an unidentified man from Shotokhali village in Shalikha upazila of Magura, said Rabiul Islam, officer-in-charge (OC) of Shalikha Police Station.
    Police suspects that miscreants killed the man elsewhere and dumped the body here, said the OC.
    The body was sent to Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
    A case has been filed in this connection.
