Charlie Sheen signed a lucrative deal for his show “Anger Management” but he is not even getting a penny.
People who are close Sheen told TMZ on a recent interview that Charlie Sheen has not received a single payment. Charlie starred in 100 episodes of ‘Anger’ before the production of the show got cancelled, but reruns of the show have been sold in syndications. Sheen is being aired day and night on TV but he is not getting paid for his face being all over the screens.
The executives of the show are apparently coming up with excuses like having a budget deficit and running into unforeseen costs or not meeting the desired revenue yet. However, Sheen is not really giving in to anything they are saying and firmly believes that he should have gotten at least $30-40 million till now. On the other hand, experts and TV insiders think that the show probably earned $200 million.
Sheen is now considering taking legal actions and lining up his lawyers for a meeting next week.
