An under-trial prisoner died at Pabna General Hospital on Sunday morning.
The deceased identified as Shraban,6, son of Anwar Hossain, a resident of Sanra Gopalpur village in Ishwardi upazila, was an accused in a case under the Narcotics Control Act.
Obaidur Rahman, jail superintendent, said Sraban complained of chest pain at about 8:am.
He died immediately after he was taken to a hospital at about 8:45am. -UNB
