The law enforcement agencies seized 25 kilograms of smuggled ganja and arrested five persons from different places in Nilphamari and Lalmonirhat districts on Thursday afternoon, police sources said. The arrested persons are: driver of the ambulance Mozaffar Hossain, 40, assistant driver Shafikul Islam, 29, and Sadekul Islam, 20, of different areas under Rangpur Kotwali Thana and Shafikul Islam, 30, of Hatibandha upazila in Lalmonirhat.
