Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
There are two scenes during which Harry is shown having visions of the Dept of Mysteries while he is asleep. The first scene occurs after Harry’s confrontation with Seamus in the Gryffindor common room. There are shots of Harry lying in bed wearing a short sleeve, crew neck tee shirt, but when he is startled awake by the vision of Voldemort, he sits up wearing a buttoned Henley tee. The next day is the first day of class with Umbridge. That last shot of Harry in the Henley tee shirt was cut from a later scene. Later in the film, when Harry has the vision of Arthur Weasley’s attack, he is wearing the Henley t-shirt.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
When Ginny rips the Half-Blood Prince’s potion book out of Harry’s hand, before Harry gets up from leaning against the couch on the floor, Ginny is nowhere to be found in the chair on the very far left of the screen. As Harry walks around the couch while talking to Hermione, she is suddenly sitting in the same chair.
When Draco attacks Dumbledore, Bellatrix walks in wearing dark lipstick. In the side shot of Draco, when Bellatrix kisses him on the back of the head, she is wearing no lipstick. After a shot of Dumbledore, her lipstick has reappeared.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part-I
When Hermione is being tortured by Bellatrix in Malfoy Manor, we see a closeup of Hermione crying, and then Bellatrix reaching over to Hermione’s right arm to carve “Mudblood” into it. But in the next shot, we see Bellatrix carving it into Hermione’s left arm instead.
When Xenophilius draws the Deathly Hallows symbol, he draws it so that the bottom of the line touches the bottom of the circle. The shot cuts away and back again when he draws the triangle, but the line is no longer touching the bottom of the circle.
During the scene when Harry and Hagrid are on the motorbike going through a tunnel, the bus signals that it is going to Dartford. Both of the tunnels at Dartford carry north-bound traffic, going away from Dartford – all south-bound traffic, towards Dartford, travels on the bridge. No traffic enters the tunnels heading south-bound towards Dartford.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part-II
When Voldemort kills Lily, she was wearing a sweater with high neck, long sleeves and it’s red. When Snape comes in the room and sees Lily dead on the floor, she is wearing a blue blouse.
When Harry arrives in Hogsmeade and meets Aberforth Dumbledore, his stubble disappears in one shot and then reappears later in the same scene.
Just after Harry and Lord Voldemort have their altercation in the Forbidden Forest, Neville is seen walking into Hogwarts’ courtyard entrance to pick up the sorting hat. In the first shot, there is a camera angle of him from the waist down from behind, and he is stepping over the rubble and having no trouble walking. In the very next shot, you get a full frontal view of him walking, and he is limping and can barely move.
In Snape’s memories, Trelawny’s prophecy is the wrong one. If you listen closely you can hear her saying master shall be reunited once more. That’s the prophecy that she told Harry, not the first prophecy Snape half-overheard Trelawny telling Dumbledore.
