Minister for Shipping, Shahjahan Khan commented, “All miscreants who help Pakistan in harming Bangladesh are enemies of the state. The spirit of the Liberation War must be strengthened and these miscreants must be removed. He made such comments during a discussion meeting organized by the ‘Sramik-Kormochari-Peshajibi-Muktijoddha Somonnoy Parishad’ at the National Press Club on Thursday.
He called Pakistan a poisonous snake and said, “We have to hit its head, not tail. Minister expressed his disappointment and said, “I feel very ashamed when our youth takes the side of Pakistan during cricket matches. How can we support them in any way? No matter what team Pakistan play against, we cannot support them as Bangladeshis.”
