Misleading Movie Tropes

Don’t take ideas from Jumping-out-of-window scenes
During the 80s action film flick, we saw absolutely fearless protagonists jumping through a glass window and landing quite harmlessly. Something that has been carried on to this day, although it is one of the most unrealistic and misleading movie tropes. They may have the strength to take down countless bad guys or a sub machine with countless bullets, but going through a glass unharmed is their greatest ability.
Broken glass shards can cut through your body with the slightest pressure. Putting your body through an entire glass pane will cause hundreds of razor sharp splinters piercing your body. Let alone getting up and fighting back, you will be lucky if you are even alive.

Interrogations are a bit more “Nice”
We often see in movies that somehow a character wounds up in an interrogation and gets beaten the living light out of him. But in reality, violence to that extent will not help you get any answers at all. If you torture someone to that proportion he will tell you anything to stop the pain. Also, after that lengthy session of inhumane violence your detainee may not even be in the right set of mind to tell you anything that makes sense. And not to mention the humongous paperwork required to get away with all the abuse.

Getting punched in the face like a boss
Protagonists get punched in the face all the time and get back in the fight without missing a beat. In reality, that is impossible. Taking that many punches in your face will render you senseless. The British Journal of Sports Medicine reported that an average boxer can pack a punch of 3,427 Newtons, enough to smash a brick.
So many actors have made a living out of pretending to get punched in the face. But in reality, continuous punching in the face will bring any Jason Bourne or James Bond down to shambles.
