Actor Fawad Khan was extreemly impressed by the spontaniety and confidence of his Kapoor and Sons co-star Alia Bhatt. “When I saw her on the first day on the sets, she was so confident and spontaneous, which I was not expecting at all. She didn’t even rehearse,” said the Zindagi Gulzar Hai actor about Alia at the unveiling of their Filmfare magazine cover.
Alia in reply said that Fawad was exaggerating and that he didn’t like her much when she was over competitive.
Khan said that till now he has only watched one film of Alia which is Highway.
“I’ve seen Highway. She has given a tremendous performance in the film. As an actor I think her work speaks for herself. She is a phenomenal performer. To excel at such a young age so fast and be able to stand toe to toe with experienced actors, is quite an achievement.”
